Bodycare offers a friendly and safe environment for members to train 24 hours 7 days a week. We offer a variety of class options for members to participate in. Bodycare Fitness also has a variety of training options including Total Bootcamp, CrossFit Port Augusta amongst others.

There are also a variety of membership options to suit the different working and family commitments that members face. We also hold regular challenges to help members stay motivated throughout their fitness journey.

PIN LOADED MACHINES

Bodycare Fitness offers a spacious area for members to train. We have pin loaded machines, as well as cable machines, a belt squat machine and a comprehensive range of free weights, dumbbells and racks to suit members of all levels.

CARDIO ROOM
& FUNCTIONAL TRAINING RIG
Bodycare Fitness offers a variety of Cardiovascular equipment no matter what you fitness goals are or what level you are commencing. The Functional Rig at Bodycare allows members to have a variety of options in regards to their training.

There are pull up bars, Olympic rings, Spotting arms for heavy lifts as well as an Olympic Lifting Platform. This area also allows PT clients to work away from the main gym area.

SPIN BIKE
& HYDRAULIC MACHINES
Bodycare has 17 spin bikes for classes that are run 6 days a week and also an assortment of hydraulic machines that are used in our circuit classes and also for rehabilitation by our Exercise Physiologist and Physiotherapists that attend. Spin Bikes and the hydraulic machines are free to be used by members as well outside of class times.

While Jason is a very experienced Personal Trainer his focus now is on Small and Large Group Training Sessions. He runs both CrossFit Port Augusta and Total Bootcamp sessions.

As a qualified dietitian and newly qualified Personal Trainer Courtney is passionate about helping clients eat well and move safely to feel their best. With a lifelong passion for all forms of exercise, including running, CrossFit and group exercise, Courtney encourages and motivates clients to make sustainable and healthy changes in their daily lives. She is passionate about helping people to be the healthiest, happiest and best versions of themselves.

PERSONAL TRAINER

Melanie strives to help clients meet their goals by designing purposeful and individually inspired exercise programs. One size will never fit all. She is experienced in weight and shape management, athletic performance, and seniors’ fitness, helping her client’s well-being by empowering them with knowledge, skills, support, guidance and resources to inspire them on their fitness journey and to a healthier life.

Sam is an energetic group fitness instructor and personal trainer with strong background in cycle, resistance training, running, boxercise, aqua strength at the local pool in the summer months and dance instruction. Sam is highly motivated to help others reach their health and fitness goals. Promotes activities and coping methods that transform unhealthy habits and fuel healthy minds and bodies.

Health and Fitness is Kellie’s way of life and she can help make this yours. Determination is the key, and she is determined to help you meet your health and fitness goals, whatever they may be. Being a busy mum, Kellie is all about living by healthy choices. She also understands that life is busy but provides her clients with the motivation and desire to stay on track regardless of their lifestyle.

Having lost over 60kg Jasmin is no stranger to the weight loss journey. Jasmin’s success is due to consistency in her training and making healthy life choices. She enjoys CrossFit, boot camp and outdoor activities. A busy Mum who has a passion for netball and group fitness Jasmin is a qualified Personal Trainer who can tailor training routines accordingly to her client’s environment and goals.
