Total Bootcamp is an outdoor training program that is run in 4 week blocks for 12 sessions. The training sessions are a mixture of strength, cardio and also have a big focus on team challenges.
It is the fastest way to improve your fitness levels with great support offered. The instructors in these programs are very experienced and assist you in achieving your goals. This is a very demanding but enjoyable and rewarding program.
Sessions are held Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Participants can enrol in either morning sessions (6.00am) or afternoon sessions (5.30pm). There is also flexibility when signing up to accommodate shift workers.
