While Jason is a very experienced Personal Trainer his focus now is on Small and Large Group Training Sessions. He runs both CrossFit Port Augusta and Total Bootcamp sessions.

With a lifelong passion for all forms of exercise, including running, CrossFit and group exercise, Courtney encourages and motivates clients to make sustainable and healthy changes in their daily lives. She is passionate about helping people to be the healthiest, happiest and best versions of themselves.
Melanie strives to help clients meet their goals by designing purposeful and individually inspired exercise programs. One size will never fit all. She is experienced in weight and shape management, athletic performance, and seniors’ fitness, helping her client’s well-being by empowering them with knowledge, skills, support, guidance and resources to inspire them on their fitness journey and to a healthier life.
Sam is an energetic group fitness instructor and personal trainer with strong background in cycle, resistance training, running, boxercise, aqua strength at the local pool in the summer months and dance instruction. Sam is highly motivated to help others reach their health and fitness goals. Promotes activities and coping methods that transform unhealthy habits and fuel healthy minds and bodies.

Being a busy mum, Kellie is all about living by healthy choices.
